Donetsk, Jul 21 – DAN. DPR Emergencies Ministry explosive ordnance disposal technicians deactivated 1,396 explosive objects in a week, said deputy head of crisis management center of the Ministry Vitaliy Zarubin.
“Bomb disposal team of the Emergencies Ministry has been called 43 times this week; they have rendered safe 1,396 explosive objects.”
Zarubin said that over 75ha of territory have been searched this week, including agricultural fields in Shakhtersk, Amvrosievkiy and Starobeshevskiy districts.
The DPR Emergencies Ministry explosive ordnance disposal technicians regularly search for and deactivate explosive objects, such as mines planted by the enemy, UXO and other objects. *ot
