Donetsk, Jul 28 – DAN. DPR has banned adoption for people with a number of serious conditions, the Government said.
The acting Chairman of the Government Vladimir Pashkov signed a decree banning people with serious medical conditions from adopting or becoming guardians or caregivers of a child.
Among these conditions are respiratory tuberculosis for persons belonging to groups I and II of dispensary observation, infectious diseases, including leprosy, diseases caused by HIV, malignant oncological diseases of any localization of III-IV stages, as well as I-II stages before radical treatment, mental and behavioral disorders, drug addiction, substance abuse, alcoholism, Alzheimer's disease, etc. *ot
