Donetsk, Nov 18 – DAN. DPR has established a committee to investigate the accident at the Skochinsky mine, it starts working at 12 p.m. today, the State Mines Inspector Office said on Wednesday.
"Today the committee meets for the first time to investigate the accident in the mine. The committee will distribute roles among its members, and decided whether another, expert, committee has to be established that will look into what caused the situation in more detail."
Inspectors have not yet decended into the mine as it was forbidden due to gas contamination.
Search for missing miners will resume after the possibility of explosion is eliminated.
A fire broke out in the conveyor gallery No 5 located in the western face of the Skochinsky mine. Four miners remain unaccounted for after the evacuation of personnel. *ot
