Donetsk, Sep 23 - DAN. A resident of the Kominternovo village in the south of the Donetsk People’s Republic was wounded in shelling by Ukrainian forces on Monday, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported.
“At 12:45, Ukrainian armed formations opened fire at Kominternovo with anti-aircraft guns, large calibre machine guns and small arms, wounding a 67-year-old woman at 50 Akhmatova Street who was in her garden at the time,” the report said.
The woman suffered a shrapnel wound to her leg. No further details were immediately available.
The JCCC said the fire at Kominternovo was delivered by Ukrainian army units in the Talakovka settlement area outside Mariupol.*jk
