Donetsk, Jul 20 — DAN. The Chelyabinsk region of the Russian Federation plans to embark on reconstruction works in Yasinovataya this week, the local administration head Dmitriy Shevchenko said.
“Currently, construction materials are being purchased, the condition of the objects subject to reconstruction has been documented. If everything is alright, the reconstruction of one of the schools will begin this week-end. The contractor has arrived, the workers have been hired. A total of five objects are listed: two schools, two kindergartens, a children’s hospital,” he said.
The reconstruction is to be finalized by September.
Yasinovataya is located north of Donetsk, its population amounts to 30 thousand. The town has been continuously shelled by Ukrainian forces. More than 1,5 thousand civilian objects have been damaged since February. *ot
