Donetsk, Jun 15 – DAN. The military personnel who are to participate in the Victory Day parade tested negative for the coronavirus, the Ministry of Health said.

"All the participants were tested and the results were negative," the report reads.
The troops and assisting personnel regularly undergo temperature checks and are equipped with personal protection items.

Overall, almost 2,500 have been tested.

Traditionally, the Parade is held on May 9, but this year it has been postponed until the COVID-19 situation stabilizes.

The pandemic has also affected plans on the celebration of the Republic’s Establishment Day on May 11. All the events have been postponed.

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced earlier that Russia is going to hold the Victory Day Parade on June 24.
