Donetsk, Aug 23 - DAN. The 80th humanitarian aid convoy of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry (EMERCOM) delivered to the Donetsk People’s Republic baby food, medications and medical supplies on Thursday, the DPR Emergencies Ministry told the Donetsk News Agency.

“Today, the 80th humanitarian aid convoy delivered to the DPR 266 tons of food kits for infants and toddlers,” a Ministry representative said. “The cargo includes some 95 tons of medications and medical supplies.”

The unloading operation is underway. The Russian EMERCOM personnel will receive decorations and gifts from the DPR Emergencies Ministry after its completion.

On July 26, the 79th Russian humanitarian aid convoy brought to the DPR more than 350 tons of foodstuffs and medications such as the expensive curosurf drug for treating premature infants.*jk
