Donetsk, Sep 15 - DAN. Twenty-four new COVID-19 cases have been diagnosed in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours following initial tests, the DPR Healthcare Ministry press service reported on Tuesday.
“September 14 tests revealed 24 new coronavirus infection cases; 24 people have been discharged from hospitals with two negative tests results for COVID-19 since Monday,” the report said.
Five people have died over the designated period, a 79-year-old man and four women aged 57, 58, 70 and 87.
As of Tuesday morning, the Republic had 2,848 confirmed COVID-19 cases; 1,511 people have recovered, 1,174 are undergoing treatment and 163 have died, according to the DPR Healthcare Ministry.
Ukraine has reported 2,905 new COVID-19 patients over the past 24 hours; 159,702 people have got infected and 3,264 have died in Ukraine since the beginning of the pandemic.*jk
