Donetsk, Aug 11 - DAN. Thirty new COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Tuesday.

“August 10 tests revealed 30 new COVID-19 cases; two of the infected arrived from Ukraine and one from Russia,” the report said.

The others including three medics caught novel coronavirus due to contacts with the infected. The patients’ condition is satisfactory; all of them are receiving necessary medical assistance, the Healthcare Ministry said.

The DPR currently has 1,963 confirmed COVID-19 cases; 901 patients have convalesced, 949 are undergoing treatment and 113 have died.

Ukraine reported 83,115 COVID-19 cases as of August 11; overall, 1,951 people died of novel coronavirus in Ukraine.*jk
