Donetsk, Sep 13 — DAN. Almost 2,000 residents of Svetlodarsk and suburban settlements have got Russian passports, town administration head Maxim Kozlovsky told the Donetsk News Agency on Wednesday.
“As of now, the temporary police station in Svetlodarsk has issued some 2,000 Russian passports, ” Kozlovsky said.
The Svetlodarsk Town Hall set up a passport office in mid-May. It also accepts applications from residents of neighboring settlements such as Mironovsky, Luganskoye, Novologanskoye etc. Previously, local residents had to travel for passport services to the town of Debaltsevo located 20 kilometers from Svetlodarsk.*jk
