Donetsk, Nov 3 - DAN. One hundred and ten people from Ukraine-held areas entered the Donetsk People’s Republic via the humanitarian corridor on the contact line in Yelenovka on November 2, the DPR Emergencies Ministry press service reported on Tuesday.

“On November 2, the Yelenovka crossing point operated for entry and exit; 23 vehicles and 110 people entered the Republic,” the report said. “Thirteen vehicles and 42 people went to Ukraine.”

Yelenovka-Novotroitskoye is currently the only functioning crossing point on the contact line. It opens twice a week. The operation of three other crossing points - Gorlovka-Mayorskoye, Alexandrovka-Maryinka and Oktyabr-Gnutovo - was suspended due to the threat of import of the coronavirus infection.*jk
