Donetsk, May 21 – DAN. Two DPR general-education schools have been granted Russian state accreditation, the Education Minister Michael Kushakov said at a work meeting in Donetsk.

"We continue the integration with the Russian Federation; last week two schools successfully obtained Russian state accreditation. I congratulate you on this happy occasion," he said cited by the ministerial press service.

The Donetsk gymnasium No.61 and Makeyevka lyceum No.2 are the first among general-education schools to be accredited in Russia.

Earlier, a number of DPR higher education institutions successfully obtained Russian accreditation: Donetsk National Medical University was the first one to do so. This year, four other higher education institutions and 11 colleges joined the tanks of accredited organisations. *ot
