Donetsk, Jan 29 – DAN. DPR expects Russian anti-COVD-19 vaccine to arrive o January 30-31, the Ministry of Health said.
"The arrival of Russian Sputnik V vaccine is expected this week-end," the health authority said.
Russia began to develop a vaccine in summer 2020. It was registered on August 11, becoming the first anti-COVID-19 vaccine in the world.
The vaccine, developed by the Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology, was named Sputnik V.
The DPR registered 20,153 cases of COVID-19 as of January 29.*ot
