Donetsk, May 27 - DAN. Russia has shipped 150 tons of glass to the DPR as part of its humanitarian effort, the Republic's Minister of Construction, Housing and Public Utilities Vladimir Dubovka said.
"The glass is part of the humanitarian effort of the Russian Federation. The first batch of 150 tons has arrived. Storage facilities were designated in coordination with local administrations earlier. The panels' size is 160*130 cm, four trucks are unloading in Donetsk, and five other vehicles headed to Mariupol, and one more to Volnovakha," he said.
A new delivery of glass panels is expected soon.
The glass will be used to reconstruct housing and other objects the degree of destruction of which does not exceed 30 pc. *ot
