Donetsk, Apr 5 – DAN. The recent escalation in Donbass has already claimed a child's life, Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary for the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, said.
"Every death, especially if it is a child's death, is a tragedy. All of it is dire consequences of the unregulated situation (in Donbass), the escalation at the contact line in particular," he said quoted by the TASS news agency.
Peskov emphasized the importance of implementing previously achieved agreements and providing security for civilians.
A child was killed in Alexandrovskoye outside Enakievo on April 2 as a result of a Ukrainian attack involving a drone dropping an explosive device on the township. *ot
