Donetsk, Mar 23 — DAN. The Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo) has begun the redistribution of state and municipal property in the new Russian regions, Rosimushchestvo’s press service told the Donetsk News Agency on Thursday.
Rosimushchestvo is redistributing federal, state and municipal property in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics and Zaporozhye and Kherson regions pursuant to Russian government resolution No 2501 dated December 29, 2022, the press service said.
The procedure is being implemented on the strength of requests from federal, regional and local authorities in the new territories.
Land plots reallocation in the new regions is implemented under Federal Law No 137 “On the Entry into Force of the Land Code of the Russian Federation.” *jk
