Donetsk, Feb 12 - DAN. A Donetsk People’s Republic delegation went to a two-day Moscow region exporters forum, the first ever event for the DPR in its economic integration with Russia, the press service of the Russian Centre reported.

“On February 12-13, the DPR delegation will take part in the Moscow Region Exporters Forum as part of the Russian Centre’s efforts to promote economic activities announced by DPR Head Denis Pushilin,” the report said.

The DPR delegation includes DPR Chamber of Commerce and Industry chairwoman Valeria Bulga, People’s Council deputy, head of the parliament committee on industry and trade Sergey Chuchin, DPR Industry and Trade deputy minister Sergey Ilyin and business people commercial and public catering workers trade union chairwoman Galina Movchko.

The press service said that the 3rd Moscow Region Exporters Forum would take place at the Moscow Region Government House. It is expected to gather more than 300 current and potential regional exporters, government officials and development institutes and research community representatives.

The participants will discuss the efficiency of current export support measures,  new comprehensive solutions to boost and support exports, online exports problems and prospects, and successful strategies to enter international markets.

“The participation of the DPR delegation in the exporters forum is the first event on the integration programme’s economic track,” the Russian Centre said.

Earlier, DPR Head Denis Pushilin said during a live question and answer session with the Republic’s residents that plans were in place to set up business platform to promote the DPR’s economic partnership with the Russian Federation.*jk
