Donetsk, Mar 1 – DAN. Ukraine has failed to meet ultimatum on lifting Donbass blockade and Ukraine-registered enterprises in the region are being put under receivership, said DPR Head Alexander Zakharchenko.
"Everything goes according to the plan. From today's midnight receivership is introduced, we will complete it by the evening," he said.
On February 27, DPR and LPR Heads Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitskiy warned Kiev that the Republics would put Ukrainian companies under receivership and halt coal supplies to Ukraine if the transport blockade was not lifted by 1 March. On the same day the People's Council passed a law binding non-resident companies to register with DPR tax authorities. *ot
