Donetsk, Feb 17 – DAN. DPR has announced evacuation of civilians, first of all women, children and elderly citizens to the Russia Federation.
"From today, February 18, a mass centralized departure of the population to the Russian Federation has been organized. First of all, women, children and the elderly are subject to evacuation", Pushilin said in his statement.
He said that the agreement has been reached with Russian authorities to organize dwellings and organized crossing of the border for the evacuated people. *ot
