Donetsk, Oct 30 – DAN. An emergency meeting of the security subgroup ended without any tangible result, the DPR representative in the subgroup Alexey Nikonorov said.
"Ukraine blocked the discussion and coordination of the detailed functionality of the coordination mechanism (of joint response to ceasefire violations) and, accordingly, the updated draft of the Measures to Control the Ceasefire. We received no reply on who carried out the provocations that had left our serviceman dead, who ordered to shell our territory with anti-tank guided missiles, why the security guarantees are not observed during the repair works," he said.
Earlier Kiev pledged to prepare a draft road map on the conflict settlement in response to the similar document already tables by the Republics.
"Ukraine systematically withdraws from the previously reached agreements," Nikonorov concluded. *ot
