Donetsk, Oct 25 — DAN. The “United Russia” political party has to help rebuild and develop infrastructure, help the needy and promote entrepreneurship in the new regions, “United Russia” chairman, Russian Security Council Secretary Dmitry Medvedev said on Tuesday.

“The organization of assistance to Donbass and all territories liberated from Ukrainian nationalists requires serious attention. These are Russian regions, ” Medvedev said.  “The operation of our key election campaign document must extend to them. The federal budget must allocate the necessary funds, ” Medvedev said at a meeting of the program commission which addressed the funding of People’s Program in the draft federal budget for 2023-2025.

It involves measures to restore and develop infrastructure, provide assistance to whoever needs it, and support business people in new Russian regions. “The work has to start immediately, not after the expiration of the grace period. ‘United Russia’ must contribute to this process. Let the executives of the recently established regional branches join this work, ” the Party leader said.

Earlier reports said that a regional branch of the “United Russia” party had been established in the Donetsk People’s Republic. Interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin was elected its secretary at the first general meeting.*jk
