Donetsk, Nov 15 – DAN. Russian President Vladimir Putin has spoken over the phone to DPR leader Alexander Zakharchenko, the latter's press service said.
"We confirm that a phone conversation between Mr. Zakharchenko and Mr. Putin took place," the statement said.
Earlier Russian President's spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Vladimir Putin had a phone conversation with Zakharchenko and the LPR leader Igor Plotnitskiy. According to Peskov, they discussed the initiative of Viktor Medvedchuk, leader of political organization Ukrainian Choice, on exchanging detainees between the Donbass Republics and Ukraine. *ot
