Donetsk, Nov 10 – DAN. The OSCE Yaşar Halit Çevik, Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, dedicated just seven minutes of his today's speech in the Contact Group to ceasefire violations, the DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova said.

"We were extremely surprised by Mr. Çevik's priorities as he, being the head of the SMM, spent just seven minutes talking about ceasefire violations, while the presentation of the facts of impediment monitors' freedom of movement took 37 minutes."

She reminded that the mission's mandate stipulates that it's main objective is to reduce tensions and provide security, as well as to monitor the situation and support all the assumed obligations.
"Neveretheless, we have not been seeing recently any efforts to perform the aims listed in their mandate," Nikonorova said.
The DPR and LPR delegations attempted to clarify the reasons behind Kiev's escalation of the situation.
"Though, customarily, Ukrainian delegates were unable to transmit any comprehensible answer," the minister said. *ot
