Donetsk, Oct 30 - DAN. Western supervisers of Kiev forces will arrive in Donbass to plan acts of terror to derail the elections in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, DPR People’s Militia spokesman Danniil Bezsonov said on Tuesday citing intelligence reports.
“NATO advisers and supervisors of foreign private military companies will arrive in Kramatorsk on October 31 - November 1 to to plan, together with Ukrainian secret services, a series of high-profile terrorist attacks and provocations on the contact line to foil the Head of the Republic elections in the DPR and the LPR,” Bezsonov said.
It is because of the need to conceal the presence of foreign gunmen that the Ukrainian military is introducing significant restrictions on the movement of local residents in Kramatorsk, he added.
The DPR and the LPR will hold the Head of the Republic and parliamentary elections on November 11.*jk
