Donetsk, Aug 2 – DAN. Russia's representative in the Contact Group Boris Gryzlov said there is every opportunity to hold the next round of talks offline.
"Another meeting is scheduled for August. At the latest meeting Russia suggested that the sides meet in Minsk face to face. The time has come to get back to offline meetings. All the opportunities to do it exist."
He reminded that almost all material results were achieved at offline meetimgs.
Another argument in favor of returning to traditional meetings is the reshuffle of the OSCE-affiliated coordinators of the subgroups.
New OSCE Chairperson’s Special Representative in Ukraine Ambassador Mikko Kinnunen replaced his predecessor Haidi Grau on August 1.
Gryzkiv said that Ukraine voiced no objections when Russia suggested to move meeting back in Minsk.
"Now the responsibility to continue the talks in a constructive way is upon Kiev."*ot
