Donetsk, Jun 23 – DAN. Ukraine's sabotage of the Minsk Agreements will push Donbass away from Kiev, said DPR envoy to the Minsk Agreements Denis Pushilin.

"It is worth noting that Ukraine sabotages the Minsk Agreements, and the more it ignores them the more Donbass becomes independent. It is a forced measure for DPR and LPR while Ukraine continues the blockade. But time is against Ukraine."

According to the recent polls, 71.1 pc Ukrainian citizens express concerns about the war in Donbass; and 59.9 pc are worried about the quality of their life. A number of sociological research centers note that Ukrainian citizens tend to lose confidence in their government.

Regional elites talk about an impeachment to the president as Kiev region council presented a request to settle procedures for the impeachment to the parliament.

The director of the Center for Political Conjuncture Aleksey Chesnakov said the decision will trigger the chain reaction among regional powers who stand against the central power.

The first of the trilateral committee - including Ukraine, Russia, DPR - took place on 23 June 2014. The sides coordinated a ceasefire agreement in effect until June 27. Further on, the Contact Group endorsed a number of documents envisaging decentralization in Ukraine and attributing a special status to Donbass.
