DPR opens border with LPR starting from June 19

Donetsk, June 19 – DAN. The DPR Head Pushilin has enacted a decree to make travelling between the DPR and the LPR available again.

"Travel outside the DPR, to Russia and the LPR, is allowed," the document reads.

The decree No.57 adopted on March 14, 2020 banned travelers from the LPR from entering the DPR.

The new decree No.172 lifts this restriction.

Four vehicle crossing points are located at the DPR-LPR border: Debaltsevo, Snezhnoye, Nikishino and 759th km of the M-03 highway.

The border was closed in spring last year due to the coronavirus threat. *ot
