Donetsk, Mar 13 – DAN. The DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Ukraine has assumed an openly disruptive attitude to the Minsk talks.

"Today, they have made a lot of undisguised provocative statements and comments. Apparentky, the rhetoric was aimed at avoiding discussion of the key agenda point – Donbass special status law," the Ministry said.

"In light of the deadlock, the coordinator from the OSCE decided to pass to the next point – amnesty. The coordinator presented a working document on it and asked the sides to voice their positions. The Republics were ready to discuss it, but Ukrainian representatives were not ready to present an official reply."*ot*pp
