Donetsk, Oct 23 - DAN. A plan to dismantle customs posts between the Donbass Republics will be worked out by the end of the year, acting Head of the Lugansk People’s Republic Leonid Pasechnik said at a press conference in Donetsk on Tuesday.
“We have an accord with the Donetsk People’s Republic; the border will be definitely abolished. Now we have to harmonise our customs laws. We’ll settle the problem by the New Year,” Pasechnik said.
In early October, DPR Tax and Revenue Minister Yevgeniy Lavrenov said in interview to the Donetsk News Agency that plans were in place to dismantle the customs post on the railway linking the DPR and the LPR in the foreseeable future.*jk
