Donetsk, Apr 25 - DAN. DPR Head Denis Pushilin has signed the decrees appointing Military Court chairman and Government Contact Service acting director.
“Vyacheslav Migda is appointed chairman of the Military Court of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” according to Decree No 117 published on the head of state website.
Migda earlier held the posts of Court Martial judge and Military Court judge.
Under the law on the DPR judicial system which came into force on January 1, 2019, it is based on the Constitutional, Supreme, Appeals and Arbitration Courts, as well as on district, town, and interdistrict courts and the Military Court.
Pushilin's Decree No 113 appointed Valentina Luneva as acting director of the Government Contract Service.
Both documents became effective on the date of signing on April 24, 2019.*jk
