Donetsk, Dec 25 – DAN. The DPR Head Denis Pushilin has signed a decree to extend the application of Russian standards for one more year.
The decree No 429 published at the DPR Head official website says that the Russian standards will be applicable in the Republic during 2021. The initial decree was endorsed on November 22, 2016.
The document says that Russian standards are temporary implemented on the territory of the DPR to ensure a united state policy in the sphere of standardization, aimed at the protection of consumers' rights and economic interests of the DPR.
In case a regulation is missing both in the DPR and Russian legal base, Ukrainian standards may be used if they do not contradict DPR laws. *ot
