Donetsk, Nov 24 – DAN. OSCE coordinators of the Minsk talks should indicate who is responsible for the stagnation of the political group negotiations, the DPR Minister of Foreign Affairs Natalia Nikonorova said.

Today's videoconference started with the report presented by Sylvie-Agnes Bermann, political group coordinator from the OSCE, which attributed the lack of progress to the absence "of goodwill and flexibility".

"We agree with the coordinator's conclusion, but we would like the OSCE representatives to specify in their reports which side exactly lacks goodwill and flexibility," Nikonorova said.

She added that at the previous meeting the Ukrainian delegation "refused to discuss DPR draft Road Map, that was actually the second draft, saying that Kiev is ready to review and work with a Russian draft road map only".

Nikonorova reminded that such approach is at odds with the Minsk Agreements.

The Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements, approved by the Contact Group in 2015, envisions a constitutional reform in Ukraine which must result in a deep decentralization. The special status of Donbass is a key principle of the political part of the Agreements. Kiev also must coordinate all of its decisions with DPR and LPR representatives. *ot
