Donetsk, Nov 30 – DAN. DPR People's Council has excluded the possibility for one person to combine the Head and PM office simultaneously, DAN parliamentary correspondent said.
The DPR Parliament has endorsed today amendments to the Constitution making it impossible for one person to be the Head and PM at the same time. The changes were voted for by 95 MPs. The amendments also stipulate new procedures for forming the government, appointing its leadership and initiating legislation.
The DPR Council of Minsters has been officially renamed as the DPR Government.
The DPR Head's acting parliamentary representative Oleg Vanin said that "Russian experience was relied on while developing amendments".
All the laws are to come into force after the DPR Head Denis Pushilin signs them and the documents are published at the People's Council website. *ot
