Two women killed, child wounded in Ukrainian gunmen’s artillery strike at Makeyevka

Donetsk, Jun 2 — DAN. Ukrainian forces have shelled the Lesnoy neighborhood in Makeyevka’s Chervonogvardeisky district killing two women and wounding a child, town mayor Vladislav Klyucharov said on Friday.

The women were aged 64 and 49; the child was four year old, Klyucharov said. Artillery shells hit a food shop and the yards of several single family homes.

Makeyevka’s Chervonogvardeisky district came under artillery fire three times from 09:50 to 10:50. The enemy used missile and cannon artillery, said the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes.*jk
