Donetsk, Jun 21 — DAN. Two children were wounded in Ukrainian gunmen’s strike at the town of Makeyevka, the Donetsk People’s Republic Territorial Defense Headquarters reported on Tuesday.
“Updated reports said that a 13-year-old girl and six-year-old girl were wounded on the premises of School No 56 in Zaslonov Street in shelling by Ukrainian armed formations, ” the report said.
Previous reports said that one child had been wounded.
School No 56 is located in the Bazhanov neighborhood in the north of Makeyevka. It is the second attack at the area by Ukrainian armed formations in the past few days. Earlier, several people were wounded and houses were damaged next to the Bazhanov colliery in the same area.
The Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported that Makeyevka came under multiple rocket launcher fire on Tuesday evening.*jk
