Donetsk, Feb 9 - DAN. DPR investigators have identified all the persons complicit in the murder of Republic hero Mikhail Tolstykh (call sign “Givi”); several suspects have been detained, DPR Head Alexander Zakharchenko told reporters on Friday.
“All the persons involved (in Tolstykh murder - eds Donetsk News Agency) have been identified; some have been detained, but not all. The investigation will be completed this year,” Zakharchenko said as he answered a DAN question.
Tolstykh’s assassins are complicit in the murder Arsen Pavlov (call sign “Motorola”), he added.
DPR Colonel Mikhail Tolstykh, also known as “Givi,” was killed in a flame thrower attack on the “Somali” unit headquarters in Makeyevka on 8 February 2017.
