Donetsk, May 5 - DAN. Firefighters have extinguished the large fire at the Makeyevka oil depot which was caused by a Ukrainian armed formations’ strike, the town administration press service told the Donetsk News Agency on Thursday.
“The oil depot fire has been put out,” an administration official said.
Earlier reports said that Ukrainian armed formations had delivered a strike with a “Smerch” multiple rocket launcher at the facility located in western Makeyevka’s Chervonogvardeisky district at 8:41 on May 4, setting four 5,000-ton fuel reservoirs on fire. The fire destroyed 11 vehicles and caused damage to the neighboring plant.*jk
