Donetsk, Oct 21 — DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic security officers have uncovered in Mariupol abettors of Dmitry Yarosh, head of the extremist organization “Pravy Sector” which is banned in the Russian Federation, DPR State Security Ministry (MGB) press service officer Mikhail Popov said on Friday.
“The DPR MGB has uncovered, in the city of Mariupol, a base of abettors of the organizer and head of the extremist organization ‘Pravy Sector’ Dmitry Yarosh, ” Popov said.
Yarosh is wanted in a criminal case filed by the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office under DPR Criminal Code Article 328, Part 1 (inciting hate or strife, humiliation of human dignity), he added.
Searches of the suspects’ apartments found extremist literature and obtained data on other “Pravy Sector” operatives. The MGB continues taking measures to ascertain their whereabouts.*jk
