Donetsk, Feb 18 – DAN. DPR plans to evacuate 700,000 residents to Russia, the Republican Ministry of Emergencies said.
"Evacuation underway is carried out by the Ministry of Emergencies assisted by local administrations, the plan is to evacuate 700,000 people," the Ministry said.
DPR has announced evacuation of civilians, first of all women, children and elderly citizens to the Russia Federation.
