Donetsk, Apr 29 - DAN. An OSCE SMM member is suspected of espionage, the DPR Territorial Defence HQ said.

Earlier, on April 15, several OSCE SMM members had been reported detained in the DPR on suspicion of collecting and passing sensitive information to Ukraine. The Prosecutor General's Office has launched a case. Unconfirmed media reports say that one of the detained is Vadim Golda, assistant on security issues.

This citizen, acting intentionally, on the instructions of the OSCE security officer Aman Akhmedzyanov and foreign intelligence, collected and handed over information about the location of the DPR military personnel and industrial facilities, including state and defence ones,” the Headquarters said today.

As previously explained by the Prosecutor’s Office, SMM “monitors” filmed the locations of the troops of the People’s Militia, as well as the location of industrial bases, state agencies and institutions. They collected and accumulated the information they received on electronic media, and transferred it to representatives of foreign intelligence, including the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the State Security Service. *ot
