Donetsk, Jun 14 — DAN. A Gorlovka resident has been killed in shelling by Ukrainian armed formations on Tuesday, town administration head Ivan Prikhodko said.
“A resident of Gorlovka was killed at 32 Gornaya Street in the Askyonovka neighborhood, ” Prikhodko wrote on Telegram.
He added that Kiev gunmen had attacked the Solnechny neighborhood in the Kalininsky district and that local residents had reported impacts next to the Kirovskiye ponds. The Kirov Mashzavod neighborhood in the Central Town district is under fire and a transmission line was damaged in the Golmovsky township, according to Prikhodko.
A 12-year-old boy was wounded in Zaboischikov Street in Donetsk’s Kuibyshevsky district; he was hospitalized with a shrapnel wound to the temple and patella fracture, city mayor Alexey Kulemzin said. Another two civilians, aged 48 and 43 were wounded in the Zemlyanki neighborhood in Makeyevka.
Reports on Tuesday said that Ukrainian armed formations had fired dozens of heavy artillery projectiles and missiles at DPR settlements in the morning. The shelling is ongoing.*jk
