Donetsk, Jul 29 — DAN. Nearly 40 Ukrainian captives have been killed, 130 injured as Kiev forces shelled a penitentiary in Elenovka, the First Deputy Minister of Information Daniil Bezsonov said.

“Ukrainians fired what we belive were HIMARS rockets on bunkhouses where Ukrainian captives were held,” he wrote in a post on his Telegram channel. *ot
