Donetsk, Aug 15 — DAN. Two civilians have been wounded in a Kiev artillery attack on the Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk, city mayor Alexey Kulemzin said on Tuesday.

A 79-year-old man and a 72-year-old woman were wounded in Rustaveli Street. The strike also caused damage to the frontage, roof and windows of a single family house in the area, Kulemzin said.

On Monday, Ukrainian forces shelled the Donetsk People’s Republic 41 times. Thirty-two strikes were delivered at the Kievsky, Kirovsky, Petrovsky and Kuibyshevsky districts of Donetsk. The enemy used 155mm ammunition rounds including four cluster shells, said the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes.*jk
