Donetsk, Nov 27 — DAN. Ukrainian secret services used toxic substances against the leadership of the new Russian regions, said Russia’s Deputy Industry and Trade Minister Kirill Lysogorsky who leads the Russian delegation at a session of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).
“We have evidence of Kiev regime secret services’ using toxic chemicals and psychedelic substances against the leadership of the new territories that acceded to Russia, ” RIA Novosti quoted Lysogorsky as saying at the OPCW session in the Hague on Monday.
He also said that Russia had evidence of the involvement of the United States and its Euro-Atlantic allies in supplying toxic chemicals to Ukraine.*jk
