Donetsk, Oct 29 – DAN. DPR law enforcement authorities have seized 12 grenades, TNT slabs, plastic explosive and 800 cartridges of various caliber from Donetsk resident, the Interior Ministry press service said.
"Law enforcement authorities have seized 767 cartridges of 7.62 mm caliber, 61 cartridges of 5.45 mm caliber, five F-1 grenades, seven RGD-5 grenades, 11 universal hand grenade fuses (UZRGM type), 15 electric detonators, four TNT slabs, plastic explosive from a garage in the Budyennovskiy district of Donetsk."
Illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation, or bearing of firearms, its basic parts, ammunition, explosives, and explosive devices is prosecuted under Art. 256 of the DPR Criminal Code and is punishable by up to eight years of imprisonment.
On October 23, 400 g of plastic explosive were seized from an individual in the Leninskiy district of Donetsk. The next day, DPR law enforcement authorities seized three grenades, 300 g of plastic explosive and ammunition from Ilovaisk resident. *ot
