Donetsk, Jun 16 — DAN. One civilian has been killed and another seven have been wounded in Ukrainian gunmen’s artillery attack on the Kirovsky district of Donetsk, the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC) reported on Friday.
The area came under fire at around 15:00, Moscow time. A 70-year-old woman was killed and another six women and a man were wounded at a bus stop, the JCCC said.
Windows of two apartment buildings facing the road were smashed, and power outages affected 20,000 customers in two city districts. Shell fragments fell on the premises of a children’s hospital.
The JCCC is updating the information on the aftermath of the shelling.*jk
