Donetsk, Jul 23 – DAN. Makeyevka police have apprehended a local with 238 bushes of cannabis, he is now facing eight years in prison, the Interior Ministry press service said.
"Police were inspecting a courtyard of a private house when they discovered 110 bushes of cultivated cannabis. A laboratory was further discovered in the house, with another 128 bushes being cultivated."
The plans have been seized and sent in for tests that showed that the plants fall into the category of narcotic.
The detained person is charged under Art 270 P.2 (b) Illegal cultivation on a large scale of plants containing narcotics. He is facing up to eight years in prison. *ot
