Donetsk, Aug 5 — DAN. Firefighters managed to contain the fire that broke out at the DPR Railway Station following a shelling by Ukrainian forces, the DPR Ministry of Emergencies said.
Ukrainian armed forces attacked the Donetsk Railway Station earlier on Friday setting it on fire.
“Thanks to the prompt response and coordinated actions of the firefighters the blaze was under control by 3.17 p.m. The fire destroyed 600 sq m of the roof and 300 sq m of the ceiling,” the Ministry said.
No casualties or victims have been reported.
At least 10 people were injured on Friday across the DPR, including two children.
