DPR prosecutors open criminal case over illegal coal production

Donetsk, Nov 29 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic Prosecutor General’s Office opened criminal proceedings over  a fact of illegal coal production and sale, the PGO press service told the Donetsk News Agency on Thursday.

“The Prosecutor General’s Office opened a criminal case under Article 184, Part 2 of DPR’s Criminal Code against a legal entity which had engaged in illegal business and unlicensed production and sale of 5,312.06 tons of coal,” the PGO said.

An investigation is underway. *jk
