Donetsk, Mar 25 – DAN. DPR Prosecutor General's Office has opened criminal investigation against Ukrainian ex-president Petr Poroshenko on suspicion of organizing the murder of DPR Hero Arsen ‘Motorola’ Pavlov.
"The prosecutors of the department of supervision of execution of laws by military personnel and state security authorities executing laws in the military sphere of the Prosecutor Generals' Office opened criminal investigation in February 2020 over the crime covered by Art.230 p.4 of the DPR Criminal Code (Contributing to Terrorist Activity) against Petr Poroshenko," the report of the Office reads.
In according with the investigators' data, Ukrainian ex-president endorsed the plan of special services to murder Pavlov. A search warrant has been issued for Poroshenko.
"The article previews from 15 to 20 years of imprisonment or lifetime in prison," the Office said.
Arseniy Pavlov, a DPR war hero best known in Donbass under his code name Motorola, was killed on October 16th in the blast of an explosive device planted in the hallway of the block of flats in central Donetsk where he lived. *ot
